Cheese-stuffed Minis

Ingredients:

  1. 2 pounds - Ground turkey
  2. 1 cups - Panko bread crumbs
  3. 1 3/4 cups - Onion Finely chopped
  4. 2 - Garlic cloves Minced
  5. 2 - Eggs
  6. 2 tablespoons - Worcestershire sauce
  7. 3/4 teaspoons - Salt
  8. 1/4 teaspoons - Pepper
  9. 4 ounces - Cheddar cheese
  10. 1/4 cups - Ketchup
  11. 1 tablespoons - Brown sugar
  12. 1/2 teaspoons - Mustard powder

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Combine ground turkey, panko bread crumbs, onion, garlic cloves and the two eggs which have been beaten, Worchestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Divide into 12 meatballs, about 2 1/2-in. in size.
3. Cut the cheddar cheese into 12 cubes; press 1 cube into middle of each ball, pinching to seal.
4. Gently press meatballs into muffin pan cups, leaving centers mounded.
5. Mix ketchup, brown sugar and mustard powder; brush on top of meatballs.
6. Put pan on a baking sheet and bake 30 minutes.
