Ingredients:
- 3 - eggs yolks divided
- 1/4 teaspoons - salt
- 1/4 cups - all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cups - cottage cheese
Directions:
Separate the egg yolks and egg whites.
Beat the egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
With same beater, beat egg yolks until light and lemon-colored. Stir in the salt, flour, and cottage cheese. Fold in the egg whites.
Drop by small spoonfuls onto a hot, lightly greased griddle. Cook until golden brown.
