Ingredients:
- 1 - small head of lettuce torn into bite-size pieces
- 1 cups - curly endive pieces
- 1 cups - thinly sliced celery
- 1 cans - 8 oz. water chestnuts drained, sliced
- 1 cups - finely chopped onion
- 1 packages - 10 oz. frozen peas
- 2 cups - salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons - sugar
- 1 cups - grated romano cheese
- - cherry tomatoes for garnish
- 1 cups - shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cups - crumbled blue cheese
Directions:
Arrange lettuce, endive, celery, water chestnuts, onion and frozen peas in layers in large round salad bowl.
Mix salad dressing and sugar together. Cover entire surface of salad with dressing. Sprinkle with romano cheese; cover tightly and refrigerate at least 12 hours or overnight.
Before serving, divide surface in thirds using halved cherry tomatoes. Add cheddar to one third, and blue cheese to another third. The remaining third will already be covered with romano cheese.
