Cheese Fries

Ingredients:

  1. 2 whole - russet potatoes large peeled and cut into 1/4 fries
  2. 1 tablespoons - olive oil
  3. 1 teaspoons - chili powder
  4. 1 cups - shredded pepper jack cheese
  5. 4 slices - bacon cooked, crumbled
  6. 1 dashes - salt and pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Toss the potatoes with oil and seasonings. Bake on cookie sheet for 20 minutes until crispy. Top with cheese and bacon, return to oven until cheese melted.
