Cheese Danish

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cans - Refrigerated crescent roll
  2. 2 packages - 8 oz cream cheese
  3. 1 cups - Sugar
  4. 1 teaspoons - Vanilla
  5. 1 drops - Egg separated
  6. 1 cups - Powdered sugar
  7. 2 tablespoons - Milk

Directions:

Spray 9x13 inch pan with PAM. Unroll 1 can of crescent rolls in bottom of pan. Bake 1st layer. (350 degrees for 15 minutes).

Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg yolk until spreadable.

Spread over cooked rolls. Top with the second can of rolls. Brush top with egg white (whip first).

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

When completely cool, top with glaze made from the powdered sugar and milk.
