Cheese Cake Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  1. 4 - egg yolks
  2. 2 cups - whipping cream
  3. 1 cups - sugar
  4. 1 pinchs - salt
  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons - vanilla
  6. 3 cups - buttermilk
  7. 1 - lemon zested & squeezed

Directions:

Place in a large bowl, egg yolks, sugar, one cup of cream, salt, vanilla & lemon zest. Blend with a whisk until smooth. Add remaining cream, the juice of the lemon & buttermilk. Chill. Freeze in your ice cream maker.
You can add toasted pieces of graham crackers at the last possible adding stage.
