Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoons - Garlic salt
- 2 cups - Swiss cheese shredded (8 oz)
- 2 cups - Cheddar cheese shredded (8 oz)
- 8 ounces - Cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cups - Sour cream
- 1/2 cups - Onion dry, minced
- 2 ounces - Jar pimiento diced and drained
- 2 tablespoons - Pickle relish
- 10 slices - Bacon crisp, drained, crumbled
- 1/2 cups - Pecans finely chopped
- 1/4 cups - Dried parsley
Directions:
Let all cheeses come to room temperature. Mix cream cheese and sour cream. Beat until fluffy. Beat in Swiss and Cheddar cheeses. Add onion, pimiento, pickle relish, half the bacon, 1/4 cup of pecans and garlic salt. Roll in ball and chill. When firm, roll in remainder of bacon, parsley. Chill until serving.
