Ingredients:
- 2 packages - cream cheese 8 oz. each
- 8 ounces - sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 tablespoons - chopped onion
- 1 tablespoons - chopped green pepper
- 1 tablespoons - chopped pimiento
- 1 tablespoons - lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons - Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dashes - salt
- 1 dashes - cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoons - garlic salt
- 1 cups - finely chopped pecans
- - chili powder optional
Directions:
In a large bowl combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onion, green pepper, pimiento, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, cayenne, and garlic salt. Blend well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Roll into a ball and then roll ball in chopped pecans. Also can sprinkle with chili powder for color and bite.
