Cheese and Salami Loaf

Ingredients:

  1. 1 loaves - French or sourdough bread
  2. 1/2 cups - Butter
  3. 4 ounces - Salami, finely chopped
  4. 1/4 cups - Grated Parmesan Cheese
  5. 3 tablespoons - Fresh Basil, chopped
  6. 1 loaves - French or sourdough bread
  7. 1/2 cups - Butter
  8. 4 ounces - Salami, finely chopped
  9. 1/4 cups - Grated Parmesan Cheese
  10. 3 tablespoons - Fresh Basil, chopped

Directions:

Combine room temperature butter with Salami, Cheese and Basil.

Cut bread crosswise at 1/2" intervals, cutting nearly all the way through. Spread slices with 2/3 of butter mixture.
Cut diagonally across loaf at 1/2" intervals, cutting nearly all the way through. Spread slices with remaining butter mixture.

Wrap loaf in foil and place on baking sheet.

Bake at 375°F for about 25 minutes.
