Ingredients:
- 12 ounces - extra sharp cheddar cheese at room temperature
- 8 ounces - cream cheese at room temperature
- 3/4 teaspoons - Greek seasoning
- 1 cloves - garlic mashed
- 2 teaspoons - minced fresh thyme
- 1 - small scallion minced
- 6 ounces - bag vegetable chips, like Terra
Directions:
1. In processor, combine cheddar, cream cheese, Greek seasoning, and garlic. Puree 2 min. or until smooth. Pulse in thyme and scallions. Transfer mixture to serving platter, shape into 1"-thick disk.
2. Just before serving, starting in center of disk, arrange vegetable chips in decorative pattern. Serve with remaining chips.
