Cedar Planked Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - Soy Sauce
  2. 1/4 cups - Mirin
  3. 2 tablespoons - Sugar
  4. 2 tablespoons - Peanut Oil
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - Sesame Oil
  6. 1 tablespoons - Garlic minced
  7. 1 tablespoons - Ginger minced
  8. 1 tablespoons - Green Onion Bottoms minced
  9. 4 - salmon filets
  10. 4 - Cedar Planks Soak in water

Directions:

Mix soy sauce, mirin, sugar, peanut oil, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onions, and wasabi using immersion blender.

Marinate salmon for 2 hours or overnight.

Soak cedar planks in water for at least 1 hour.

Preheat grill to medium. Rub planks with 1/2 teaspoon of vegatable oil, and place 1 filet on each plank, on the grill.

Cook until salmon is just cooked through, about 10 minutes
