Ingredients:
- 12 - hard cooked eggs
- 2 tablespoons - mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons - sour cream
- 2 tablespoons - minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoons - lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoons - dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoons - salt
- 3 tablespoons - red caviar
- 2 tablespoons - black caviar
Directions:
Halve eggs; mix yolks with mayonnaise, sour cream, onion, lemon juice, mustard and salt.
Divide mixture evenly among halves. Cover each with red and black caviar.
