Caviar Eggs

Ingredients:

  1. 12 - hard cooked eggs
  2. 2 tablespoons - mayonnaise
  3. 2 tablespoons - sour cream
  4. 2 tablespoons - minced onion
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - lemon juice
  6. 1/4 teaspoons - dry mustard
  7. 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  8. 3 tablespoons - red caviar
  9. 2 tablespoons - black caviar

Directions:

Halve eggs; mix yolks with mayonnaise, sour cream, onion, lemon juice, mustard and salt.

Divide mixture evenly among halves. Cover each with red and black caviar.
