Cauliflower soup

Ingredients:

  1. 1 heads - Cauliflower
  2. 2 cups - Water
  3. - Salt to taste
  4. 1/2 cups - Cream
  5. 2 tablespoons - Butter
  6. 8 ounces - Bacon bits Optional for vegetarian

Directions:

Steam cauliflower in water & salt until soft. Beat until smooth. Add cream, butter, & salt. Stir in bacon bits. For vegetarian recipe exclude bacon.
