Grey poupon is a good choice for the mustard in the recipe. I enjoy a dollop on a baked potato with some black pepper.

Ingredients:
- 132 grams - Raw Cashews
- 132 grams - Almond Flour
- 3 tablespoons - Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoons - Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons - Garlic Powder
- 1 cups - Water
Directions:
Place cashews in a bowl and cover well with water to soak for 4 hours or overnight. Weigh the almond flour and stir the recipe’s 1 cup of water into the almond flour also allowing it to soak as long as the cashews. When ready to prepare the recipe drain the cashews, put them in a high powered blender along with the almonds in their soaking water and the rest of the ingredients. Cover and blend on high for 2 to 3 minutes. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
