Carrots in Mustard Dill Sauce

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 pounds - carrots cut in julienne strips
  2. 1/4 cups - mayonnaise
  3. 1/4 cups - plain yogurt
  4. 1 teaspoons - Dijon style mustard
  5. 2 tablespoons - snipped fresh dill
  6. - salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Steam carrots for 10 minutes.

Whisk remaining ingredients together and add carrots.

Serve at room temperature.
