Ingredients:
- 1/4 cups - orange juice
- 2 tablespoons - lime or lemon juice
- 1 tablespoons - honey
- 1 tablespoons - minced onion
- 1 teaspoons - thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoons - ground allspice
- 1/2 teaspoons - McCormick Season-All seasoning salt
- 1/8 teaspoons - ground red pepper
- 2 - medium nectarines or peaches pitted and cut in 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 cups - whole kernel corn (about 3 ears grilled corn, cut from cob)
- 1 cans - 15 oz. black beans drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cups - finely chopped celery
Directions:
In a large bowl, blend orange juice, lime juice, honey and seasonings.
Thoroughly mix in fruit and vegetables. Serve immediately or chill.
