Caribbean Citrus Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. 3 pounds - chicken legs and thighs skin removed
  2. 3 tablespoons - orange juice concentrate
  3. 1 tablespoons - lime juice
  4. 2 cloves - garlic
  5. 1/2 - onion sliced
  6. 1 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  7. 1 teaspoons - pepper
  8. 1/2 teaspoons - cumin
  9. 1 teaspoons - oregano
  10. 1 teaspoons - dried cilantro

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a freezer bag or large bowl and marinade a few hours or overnight.

Cook in slow cooker on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
