Caramel Corn

Ingredients:

  1. 4 quarts - popped corn
  2. 2 cups - brown sugar
  3. 1/2 cups - white karo syrup
  4. 2 sticks - margarine or oleo
  5. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - baking soda

Directions:

Combine brown sugar, karo syrup, and margarine. Bring to a boil; remove from heat.

Add vanilla and baking soda, and stir well.

Pour over corn, stirring to coat evenly. Spread in a shallow pan, and bake at 250 degrees F for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

May be stored for one week.
