Caramel Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients:

  1. 1 - Graham Cracker Crust
  2. 2 boxes - Cream cheese 8 oz
  3. 1/2 cups - Sugar
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - Vanilla
  5. 2 - Eggs
  6. 20 - Caramels
  7. 2 tablespoons - Milk
  8. 1/2 cups - Pecan Chopped
  9. 1 - Graham Cracker Crust
  10. 2 boxes - Cream cheese 8 oz
  11. 1/2 cups - Sugar
  12. 1/2 teaspoons - Vanilla
  13. 2 - Eggs
  14. 20 - Caramels
  15. 2 tablespoons - Milk
  16. 1/2 cups - Pecan Chopped

Directions:

Mix together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla. Add eggs. Set aside. Melt caramels with milk on low heat stir until smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour into graham cracker crust. Top with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 oven for 40 min until center is set. Refrigerate 3 hours.
