Ingredients:

  1. 2 whole - large beefsteak tomatoes
  2. 2 pieces - fresh mozzarella cheese
  3. 1/4 cups - extra virgin olive oil
  4. 2 tablespoons - balsamic vinegar
  5. 10 leaves - fresh basil
  6. 1 pinchs - coarse sea salt
  7. 1 pinchs - ground black pepper

Directions:

1. Slice tomatoes thickly and lay on a serving platter.
2. Slice fresh mozzarella thickly and layer on top.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
4. Sprinkle over salt and pepper.
5. Top with fresh basil.
