Candied Pecans

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - raw pecans
  2. 1 tablespoons - olive oil
  3. 2 tablespoons - raw local maple syrup, coconut nectar OR yacon syrup
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - sea salt

Directions:

Toss all ingredients in a large bowl. Spread out on a parchment-paper-lined baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
