Ingredients:

  1. 4 - chicken breasts cooked, chopped
  2. 1/2 - bell pepper diced
  3. 1 stalks - celery diced
  4. 1/2 - onion diced
  5. 3 tablespoons - butter
  6. 3 tablespoons - flour
  7. 1 cups - chicken broth
  8. 1 cups - black olives sliced
  9. 1/4 cups - pimiento
  10. 1/2 cups - mushrooms sliced
  11. 1 cups - light cream
  12. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  13. 1/2 cups - Swiss cheese grated
  14. 1/3 cups - almonds slivered
  15. - cooked rice for serving with

Directions:

Saute bell pepper, onion, and celery in butter until crisp tender. Stir in flour and whisk in broth, continuing to cook over medium heat until thickened.
Add cooked chicken and remaining ingredients and stir well.
Pour into casserole dish (9x13-inch); top with slivered almonds. Bake at 350° F uncovered for 30 minutes.
Serve over rice.
