Ingredients:
- 1 boxes - cake mix any flavor
- 1 - egg large or jumbo
- 8 ounces - cool whip softened
- - powdered sugar
Directions:
Combine cake mix, egg, and cool whip in large mixing bowl and stir until well-blended (batter will be stiff).
Spread some powdered sugar on a plate; drop cookie dough by teaspoon-fulls onto powdered sugar and roll dough in sugar.
Place cookie dough balls on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
