Cajun Potato Salad

  1. 5 pounds - Red potatoes
  2. 1 bags - Shrimp and crab boil bag seasoning
  3. 1 teaspoons - Crab boil oil
  4. 1 cups - Hamburger dill pickles Chopped
  5. 2 cups - Sweet yellow ontion Chopped
  6. 4 cups - Celery Chopped
  7. 1 tablespoons - Hot sauce
  8. 1 cups - Mustard
  9. 1 cups - Mayonnaise


Boil the potatoes with the shrimp and crab boil bag and the crab boil oil. Potatoes are ready when fork can gently be inserted into boiled potatoes.

Cube boiled potatoes (with skin on). Place in large bowl, add mustard and mix. Add chopped celery, pickels and onions. Mix. Add hot sauce and mix again. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
