Ingredients:
- 1 cups - Rice
- 1/2 pounds - Shrimp
- 1 whole - Onion Diced
- 1/2 cloves - Garlic
- 1 cans - Tomato sauce
- 1/2 pounds - Ham
- 1/2 pounds - Smoked sausage
- 1 ounces - N'awlins Jambalaya Spices
- 1 tablespoons - Cayenne pepper
Directions:
1. Fry ham, smoke sausage and place in a large pot.
2. Fry onions; add garlic. When onions are lightly brown, add tomato sauce and spices. Fry for approximately 20 min. Add meat. Add 2 C water for every cup of rice, but include amount of tomato sauce. Let simmer for approximately 1/2 hour. Add shrimp.
3. When all liquid is absorbed, lower heat and cover pot. Let it simmer until rice is tender.
