Caesar Salad for Two

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cloves - garlic or 2, to taste
  2. - salt and pepper to taste
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - prepared mustard
  4. 2 - anchovies mash into a paste
  5. 1 - salad spoonful of Worcestershire sauce
  6. 2 - salad spoons of oil 1/2 olive, 1/2 vegetable
  7. 1 - salad spoon of lemon juice
  8. 1 - raw egg optional
  9. - fresh romaine lettuce
  10. - grated Parmesan cheese fresh
  11. - croutons if desired

Directions:

Rub fresh garlic on surface areas of wooden salad bowl.

In salad bowl, slice and mash garlic clove(s), mixing with salt and pepper. Add mustard, anchovies (mashed), Worcestershire, oil, and lemon juice; stir all together until well blended.

Add egg, if desired, and stir well again.

Toss in the fresh romaine lettuce, grated Parmesan and croutons. Serve.
