Cabbage and Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 250 grams - hamburger
  2. 1/2 cups - onion chopped
  3. 1 - garlic crushed
  4. - salt
  5. - pepper
  6. 2 teaspoons - Worcestershire sauce
  7. 1 cups - Tomato sauce (1 small tin)
  8. 1/2 cups - rice
  9. 1/4 cups - water
  10. 2 cups - cabbage grated
  11. 1 cups - or more Swiss Cheese grated
  12. 250 grams - hamburger
  13. 1/2 cups - onion chopped
  14. 1 - garlic crushed
  15. - salt
  16. - pepper
  17. 2 teaspoons - Worcestershire sauce
  18. 1 cups - Tomato sauce (1 small tin)
  19. 1/2 cups - rice
  20. 1/4 cups - water
  21. 2 cups - cabbage grated
  22. 1 cups - or more Swiss Cheese grated

Directions:

1. Sauté hamburger until cooked.
2. Sauté onion and garlic.
3. Add to this rice, water, tomato sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
4. Layer casserole first with cabbage (save 1/2 cup).
5. Top with hamburger rice mix. Top with cabbage and grated cheese.
6. Bake covered for 30 minutes at 325°. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
