Ingredients:
- 250 grams - hamburger
- 1/2 cups - onion chopped
- 1 - garlic crushed
- - salt
- - pepper
- 2 teaspoons - Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cups - Tomato sauce (1 small tin)
- 1/2 cups - rice
- 1/4 cups - water
- 2 cups - cabbage grated
- 1 cups - or more Swiss Cheese grated
- 250 grams - hamburger
- 1/2 cups - onion chopped
- 1 - garlic crushed
- - salt
- - pepper
- 2 teaspoons - Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cups - Tomato sauce (1 small tin)
- 1/2 cups - rice
- 1/4 cups - water
- 2 cups - cabbage grated
- 1 cups - or more Swiss Cheese grated
Directions:
1. Sauté hamburger until cooked.
2. Sauté onion and garlic.
3. Add to this rice, water, tomato sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
4. Layer casserole first with cabbage (save 1/2 cup).
5. Top with hamburger rice mix. Top with cabbage and grated cheese.
6. Bake covered for 30 minutes at 325°. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
