Ingredients:

  1. 2/3 cups - Butter
  2. 1 1/2 cups - Brown sugar
  3. 2 - Eggs
  4. 1 teaspoons - Vinegar
  5. 1 cups - Evaporated milk
  6. 2 1/2 cups - Flour
  7. 1 teaspoons - Baking soda
  8. 1/2 teaspoons - Baking powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  10. 1 cups - Walnuts Chopped
  11. 1 cups - Coconut
  12. 2/3 cups - Butter
  13. 1 1/2 cups - Brown sugar
  14. 2 - Eggs
  15. 1 teaspoons - Vinegar
  16. 1 cups - Evaporated milk
  17. 2 1/2 cups - Flour
  18. 1 teaspoons - Baking soda
  19. 1/2 teaspoons - Baking powder
  20. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  21. 1 cups - Walnuts Chopped
  22. 1 cups - Coconut

Directions:

Cream butter and sugar until light, add eggs and beat well. Add vanilla and vinegar to milk. Stir dry ingredients and add alternately with milk into batter. Add coconut and walnuts. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake in 350 oven for 12 min. Frost with following frosting.
Frosting: cook 1/2 cup butter in saucepan over medium heat until stops bubbling and turns golden brown. Add 3 cups powdered sugar Then slowly stir in 1/4 cup boiling water. Beat until smooth. You can add water 1 teaspoon at a time if it thickens. Spread on cookies.
