Buttermilk ranch dressing with roasted garlic

  1. 1/2 cups - Mayonnaise 1/2 to 3/4 cup
  2. 1/2 cups - Buttermilk
  3. 1/2 - Lemon zested and juiced
  4. - Kosher Salt
  5. - Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  6. 2 tablespoons - Fresh Italian Parsley finely chopped
  7. 2 tablespoons - Organic Celery Leaves finely chopped
  8. 2 tablespoons - Fresh Dill finely chopped
  9. 1 heads - Roasted Garlic


1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise and all the buttermilk. Add the lemon zest and juice. Whisk thoroughly. If the dressing seems too thick, whisk in up to 1/4 cup more mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

2. Add the parsley, celery leaves and dill. Squeeze in the cloves from the roasted garlic. Whisk thoroughly. Taste and adjust the seasonings, if necessary, with more salt and pepper. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors develop. Use within 3 days.
