Buttermilk Coffee Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tubes - Grand biscuits
  2. 2 - Apples Med
  3. 1 1/2 cups - Sugar
  4. 2 tablespoons - Cinnamon
  5. 1/2 cups - Butter
  6. 1/3 cups - Nuts
  7. 1/2 cups - Raisin
  8. 1/2 cups - Apple Chopped
  9. 2 tubes - Grand biscuits
  10. 2 - Apples Med
  11. 1 1/2 cups - Sugar
  12. 2 tablespoons - Cinnamon
  13. 1/2 cups - Butter
  14. 1/3 cups - Nuts
  15. 1/2 cups - Raisin
  16. 1/2 cups - Apple Chopped

Directions:

Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Melt butter in another bowl. Cut biscuits in half dip in butter and then sugar put sliced side down into bottom of Greased Bundt pan. In between put a sliced piece of apple. Make 2 layers. Top with a mixture of raisins, nuts and chopped apple. Bake 25-30 min in 400 oven. Turn out on to a plate.
