Ingredients:
- 2 ounces - Rittenhouse Rye
- 1 1/4 ounces - Plum Brandy
- 3/4 ounces - Carpano Antica Vermouth
- 1/8 ounces - Maraschino Liqueur
- 7 dashes - Peychaud's Bitters
- 1 - Orange Zest
Directions:
Stir liquid ingredients over ice and strain into a coupe. Using a vegetable peeler, remove a disc of orange zest about the size of a silver dollar. Squeeze disc over top of cocktail, and, as essential oils are expressed, use a lighter to ignite them. Garnish drink with flamed disc.
