Buffet Potatoes

Ingredients:

  1. 2 pounds - frozen potatoes (hash browns or french fries)
  2. 1/2 cups - melted butter
  3. 1/2 cups - chopped onions
  4. 1 cans - cream of chicken soup
  5. 1 pints - sour cream
  6. 10 ounces - grated cheddar cheese

Directions:

Thaw potatoes for about 45 minutes before assembling.

Mix all ingredients together in a large baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
