Buffet Potatoes

Ingredients:

  1. 10 ounces - grated cheddar cheese
  2. 2 pounds - frozen potatoes (hash brown or french fries)
  3. 1/2 cups - melted butter
  4. 1 cups - chopped onions
  5. 1 cans - cream of chicken soup
  6. 1 pints - sour cream

Directions:

Thaw potatoes about 45 minutes before assembling.

Mix all ingredients together in a 3-quart baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
