Buffalo Wings

Ingredients:

  1. 3 pounds - Chicken Wings Skinned
  2. 3 tablespoons - Cider Vinegar
  3. 2 tablespoons - Chicken Broth
  4. 2 teaspoons - Canola Oil
  5. 2 teaspoons - Hot Sauce

Directions:

In a large Ziploc bag, combine wings, vinegar, broth, oil, and hot sauce. Turn to coat and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Turn occasionally.
Remove wings from marinade.
Spread evenly onto a baking sheet, coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 375°F. for 10-15 minutes per side.
