*If you cannot find chicken drummettes, substitute 12 chicken wings. Cut off the wing tips; discard or save for making chicken stock. Cut wings at joints to form 24 pieces.

Ingredients:
- 24 whole - Chicken drummettes* See below
- 1/4 cups - Red pepper sauce (such as Tobasco)
- 2 teaspoons - Cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoons - Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - Ground ginger
- 3/4 cups - Fat-free sour cream
- 1/2 cups - Crumbled bleu cheese
- 1 whole - Green onion Chopped
- 1 tablespoons - White wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoons - Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoons - Sugar
- - Carrot and celery sticks
Directions:
1. Heat broiler and arrange rack 4 to 5 inches from heat. To skin chicken, grasp the edge of the skin w/ a paper towel and pull it away from the drummette. In a large bowl, toss the skinned drummettes w/ 2 T. of red pepper sauce, 1 tsp. of cider vinegar, the garlic powder and ginger.
2. Arrange drummettes on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil until chicken is tender and cooked through, 15 to 20 min., turning once. Drizzle chicken w/ remaining 2 T. red pepper sauce and 1 tsp. cider vinegar.
3. Meanwhile, for dressing, in a small bowl, combine sour ream, bleu cheese, green onion, white wine vinegar, lemon juice and sugar. Serving dressing w/ chicken drummettes and carrot and celery sticks.
