    This can be made as a personal size as well with a 225g dough ball. For that, cut other ingredients in half. Decrease broil step to 2 minutes, and additional bake to 2-3 minutes, for 4-5 minutes total.

Ingredients:

  1. 450 grams - Dough (1 Ball)
  2. 1 cups - Blue Cheese Dressing (try homemade!)
  3. 8 ounces - Cubed Chicken Breast
  4. 1/2 cups - Franks Red Hot (More for spicy)
  5. 8 ounces - Shredded Low Moisture Whole Milk Mozz (Shred your own!)
  6. 1 tablespoons - Semolina Flour (for pizza peel)

Directions:

1. The morning / day before, bake your chicken breast until cooked. Cube and combine with hot sauce in a container. Let flavors meld in fridge a couple hours.
2. Take dough out of fridge 2-3 hours before baking. Rest ar room temp on counter before baking.
3. An hour before baking, preheat you oven with Pizza Stone / Baking Steel at 550 degrees. Stone/Steel should be 6 inches below your broiler.
4. Stretch dough out on pizza peel. This should be easy to do with hands, no roller required. Peel should be lightly floured with Semolina flour.
5. Spread thin layer of blue cheese dressing on stretched dough to coat, leaving crust around edges.
6. Evenly spread cubed chicken and remaining hot sauce.
7. Cover evenly with shredded cheese.
8. Switch your oven to broil before launch, wait 2 minutes.
9. Launch pizza and let bake 2-3 minutes with broiler on.***
10. Switch back to oven on (550 degrees) and baked an additional 5-6 minutes. Check bottom of pizza to ensure desired doneness.***
11. Pull pizza and allow to cool on wired cooling rack 2-3 minutes. Then slice and serve!
