Notes:
To make this a slow cooker meal, mix hot sauce and ranch dressing in slow cooker until desired hotness is reached. Leave the hot sauce out of the meatball mixture. Bake meatballs for 2-4 minutes so they best hold their shape. Cook meatballs in slow cooker for 2 hours on low. Perfect for parties or appetizers!

Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - Ground chicken defrosted
- 1 tablespoons - Celery salt
- 1 dashes - Salt
- 1 dashes - Pepper
- 1 - Egg
- 1/2 cups - Frank's Red Hot Sauce add more or less if you'd like.

- 1 cups - Panko modify if you increase or decrease the amount of hot sauce
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. I prefer to use my stand mixer to make life a whole lot easier but mixing it by hand works as well.
3. Scoop even balls of mixture onto aluminum foil lined cookie sheet.
4. Bake about 15 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.
5. Serve with cauliflower rice and mixed veggies for a light dinner.
