Brunch Eggs

Ingredients:

  1. 4 - eggs separated
  2. 1/2 cups - flour
  3. 1 cups - sour cream
  4. 1/3 cups - grated cheddar cheese
  5. - garlic, salt and pepper as desired

Directions:

Separate the eggs. Add yolks to flour along with sour cream, cheese, garlic, salt and pepper.

Beat egg whites; fold into yolk mixture.

Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
