Brunch Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups - Croutons
  2. 3 cups - Shredded Medium Cheedar Cheese
  3. 2 packages - Pork Sausage (12 oz) Browned and drained (can use ham or bacon for substitutes)
  4. 8 - Eggs
  5. 2 1/2 cups - Milk
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - paprika
  7. 1 teaspoons - dry mustard
  8. 1 cartons - Cream of Mushroom Soup
  9. 1/2 cups - Milk
  10. 2 tablespoons - Dried Chives

Directions:

In greased 9 x 13 baking pan layer croutons, shredded cheese and sausage. Combine eggs, milk, paprika and dry mustard in bowl and beat until well blended. Pour mixture over layered ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir topping (cream of mush soup, 1/2 cup milk and dried chives) ingredients together and spread over top of casserole. Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
