Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups - shredded lettuce
- 1 cans - chopped cooked chicken breast
- 1 - hard-boiled egg coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoons - bacon bits
- 1 - avocado , peeled, pitted, and coarsely chopped
- 1 - tomato , coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoons - crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons - light ranch dressing
Directions:
Arrange lettuce on two plates. Evenly divide chicken, egg, bacon, avocado, and tomato in rows on top of lettuce. Sprinkle blue cheese over top.
Drizzle with ranch dressing and serve.
