Ingredients:
- 2 ounces - Honey
- 1 ounces - Water
- 2 ounces - Maker's Mark Bourbon
- 1 ounces - Grapefruit Juice
- 3/4 ounces - Honey Syrup recipe above
Directions:
Make honey syrup:
In a pan over medium heat, stir 2 parts honey with 1 part water until honey dissolves. Let cool. Can refrigerate for 2 weeks.
Make drink:
Shake ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe.
