Broiled or Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cups - vegetable oil
  2. 1 tablespoons - coarse black pepper
  3. 1 - lemon grate the yellow peel, and use 3 tbsp of juice
  4. 1 tablespoons - dried parsley
  5. - a little garlic powder

Directions:

Mix together all ingredients.

Use when you broil or grill skinless chicken pieces, basting with a pastry brush and turning often 'til chicken is done and nicely browned.
