Broiled Fish

Ingredients:

  1. 2 pounds - fish fillets trout or orange roughy
  2. 6 tablespoons - butter melted, divided
  3. 1 tablespoons - flour
  4. - paprika
  5. 1 - lemon
  6. 1 tablespoons - fresh parsley minced
  7. 2 teaspoons - worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Place fish on a broiler rack that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. Brush tops of fish with 3 tbsp of the butter; dust with flour and sprinkle with paprika. Broil 5-6 in from the heat for 5 mins or until fish just begins to brown. Combine lemon juice, parsley, worsestershire sauce and remaining butter; pour over the fish. Broil 5 mins longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
