Broccoli Supreme

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - Fresh chopped broccoli
  2. 3 cups - Fresh sliced carrots
  3. 1 cans - Artichoke hearts 14 oz can
  4. 1 cans - Cream of mushroom soup 10.75 ounce can
  5. 1/2 cups - Mayonnaise
  6. 2 - Eggs slightly beaten
  7. 1 teaspoons - Lemon juice
  8. 1 - Worcestershire sauce
  9. 1 cups - Sharp cheddar cheese grated
  10. - Herb seasoned stuffing mix Pepperidge Farm
  11. - Butter

Directions:

Steam fresh vegetables until just tender, set aside. Place quartered artichokes in a greased 9 inch casserole dish. Combine soup, mayo, eggs, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Fold in fresh steamed vegetables. Pour over artichokes. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with stuffing mix. Dot with butter.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
