Ingredients:
- 1 packages - 12-ounce broccoli slaw, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cups - sweetened dried cranberries
- 1/4 cups - dry roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cups - olive oil
- 1/4 cups - red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoons - Dijon-style mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons - paprika
- 1/4 teaspoons - salt
- 1/4 teaspoons - black pepper
Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, Dijon-style mustard, paprika, salt and pepper until thoroughly combined.
In a large bowl, toss together broccoli slaw, cranberries, and dressing. Sprinkle peanuts on top and serve.
