Broccoli Salad

Ingredients:

  1. - Heaping 1/2 C. pecans
  2. 1 heads - Broccoli
  3. 1 whole - Green onion Chopped
  4. 1/8 cups - Garlic chives Chopped
  5. 1/4 cups - Golden raisins
  6. 2 slices - Bacon
  7. 1/4 cups - Light mayonnaise
  8. 1 teaspoons - Apple cider vinegar
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - Sugar
  10. - Pinch of salt

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 375.
2. Break pecans into big pieces and toast about 5 min. until slightly browned. Let cool.
3. Chop broccoli into bite-size pieces. Add onion, chives and raisins and mix with broccoli.
4. Chop bacon into tiny pieces and cook until crispy, drain off grease and add bacon pieces to broccoli mix.

FOR DRESSING:
1. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and salt well.
2. Mix dressing into broccoli mix.
3. Allow to cool in refrigerator. Flavors will blend with a little time.
