Broccoli Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - bacon cooked, crumbled
  2. 3 bunches - broccoli
  3. 1/2 cups - raisins or dried cranberries
  4. 1/2 cups - unsalted sunflower seeds
  5. 1 - medium red onion finely chopped
  6. 1/2 cups - mayonnaise
  7. 1/2 cups - sugar
  8. 2 tablespoons - cider vinegar

Directions:

Cut broccoli into small pieces; add raisins, seeds and onion.

Crumble dry crisp bacon in.

Mix dressing and pour over top.

Put in a bowl with a tight lid and turn it several times.

Refrigerate overnight.
