Ingredients:

  1. - brisket
  2. 2 - chopped onions
  3. 2 cloves - garlic
  4. - salt and pepper
  5. 2 packages - onion soup mix
  6. 1 bottles - chili sauce
  7. 1 - beer

Directions:

Place layer of chopped onions in roaster pan.

Place brisket on top; season with salt and pepper and add garlic cloves.

Sprinkle onion soup mix, chili sauce and beer over top of all.

Bake at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes; then at 250 degrees F for 1 to 2 hours.
