Ingredients:

  1. 2 pounds - Brisket
  2. - Celery salt
  3. - Salt
  4. - Ground black pepper
  5. - 1/3 Small bottle of Liquid Smoke
  6. - 1/2 Bottle Barbecue Sauce

Directions:

1. Cover brisket w/ celery salt, salt and pepper.
2. Mix together Liquid Smoke and barbecue sauce. Pour over brisket.
3. Wrap brisket in foil and cook at 200-250 degree oven for several hours until tender.
