  1. 2 ounces - Ginger Beer
  2. 1/2 ounces - Lemon Juice
  3. 2 dashes - Fee Grapefruit Bitters
  4. 1/2 cups - Water
  5. 1/2 cups - Sugar
  6. 1 tablespoons - Dried Lavender
  7. 2 ounces - Chamomile Tea
  8. 1 ounces - Lavender Syrup


Make lavender syrup: Simmer ½ cup water with ½ cup sugar and 1 tablespoon dried lavender until sugar dissolves. Let cool, covered, then strain.

In a cocktail shaker, combine chamomile tea, lavender syrup, ginger beer, lemon juice and Fee Grapefruit Bitters. Fill with ice, cover and shake until shaker is frosty. Strain into a Martini glass and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
